法国乐飞叶(Lafuma)集团近日启动收购Eider品牌工作
据报道.近日法国著名户外公司乐飞叶集团收购另一法国知名户外品牌Eider的工作已开始启动.整个交易预计将在6月中旬结束.
关于收购Eider公司的战略目的.交易条款和条件.乐飞叶集团将于近期的财务发布会和6月12日召开的上半年运营状况信息通报会上公布.
Eider是非常知名的专业户外品牌.在欧洲户外市场占有非常重要的地位.并主攻登山滑雪等领域的高端市场.2007年的销售额达2140万欧元.其中45%为国际市场销售所得.
Lafuma Group Taking Over Eider
The Lafuma group has entered into the initial steps to takeover the company
Eider. The transaction should be finalized mid-June.
The strategic objectives, terms and conditions for this acquisition will be
presented in the company's next financial press release and on June 12 at an
informational meeting on half-year results.
Eider is an emblematic brand on the outdoor market and posted sales of .21.4
million in 2007, including 45% in international sales, on the
top-of-the-line Mountain segment covering mainly skiing and mountaineering.
